Yes, Larry David's "Curb Your Enthusiasm" will be back on HBO
early next year. But, no, those "Deadwood" movies look like they'll
never make it to the premium cable screen.
Those are two of the important snippets coming out of the TV
industry's annual summer meeting with TV critics.
The HBO favorite returning much sooner is "Entourage," which will
start its fifth season on Sept. 7. That day also will feature "Six
Feet Under" creator Alan Ball's return to the channel with "True
Blood," a vampire show starring Anna Paquin.
Among the celebs dropping by "Entourage" this season will be
Jeffrey Tambor and Jamie-Lynn Sigler.
