Tom Callen has co-owned his construction and design company for 22 years. Not once in those 22 years did he think he'd be part of a fashion show.

But on Friday he was.

The Callen Design Group of Callen Construction Inc., Muskego, hosted and sponsored "Refashion for Life." The benefit fashion show and silent auction raised almost $24,000 for Elena's House, a nonprofit organization in Wauwatosa that serves people infected with HIV and AIDS.

While Callen's specialty is home improvement and remodeling, he switched into high-fashion mode easily.
