UAE: Beijing Olympics to be one of the best games
ABU DHABI, July 18 (Xinhua) -- The upcoming Beijing Olympics will
be one of the best games in the history of the event, said Ibrahim
Abdul Malik, secretary general of the National Olympic Committee
(NOC) of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Malik, who will lead the UAE delegation, visited Beijing last
month to make preparations for the delegation and was impressed by
the capital of China.
While staying in Beijing, "we visited the facilities including
stadiums and the village. Everything is perfect," he told Xinhua in
an interview.
