Following the Lords decision to ratify the Lisbon Treaty, Gordon
Brown appears to have succeeded in getting his way with the
ratification of this dreadful treaty that has huge implications for
Britain.
Brown has not had the guts to grant the British people a
referendum, even after Labour promised in its 2005 manifesto that we
would have one on the original Constitutional treaty, which is
identical to Lisbon. This dictatorship attitude is appalling and
should have no place in a democratic country like Britain.
He has also shown total contempt to the Irish people by
continuing in getting this treaty ratified in Britain, knowing very
well that under the rules the treaty is technically dead now ...
