HARRISBURG, Pa., July 22 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Forty-two teenagers from across the state have been invited to learn about State Police operations at the Commissioners Honor Camp next week at the State Police Academy in Hershey, Commissioner Jeffrey B. Miller announced today.

The cadets, ages 13-18, were selected from among 1,500 boys and girls who participated in two dozen local Camp Cadet programs around the state last year. Miller said the program was created by former Commissioner Paul J. Evanko in 1998 as a reward for the top two cadets from each program.
