Delbert R. Adams
Delbert R. Adams, 82, of Evansville, passed away Monday, July 21,
2008, at Deaconess Hospital.
Mr. Adams served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a
member of VFW Post No. 1114. He was also a member of Washington
Avenue Baptist Church and F&AM in Ballwin, Missouri.
He was a 30-year employee of Chrysler Corp.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Violet (Dillworth) Adams,
and one daughter, Susan Cundiff, of Evansville. Also surviving are
two grandchildren, Dana and Michael Cundiff.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 25, 2008,
in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery, where the Retired Veterans
Memorial Club will conduct graveside services.
