Zuka, Robert
Robert died at home July 19, 2008. He is survived by his beloved
wife of 62 years, Marta (Ozols), devoted daughters Ingrida (Michael)
Wallace, Inese (Jonathan) Gawrych, and Daina (John) Bush. He was
blessed with grandchildren Scott (Ann) Seis, Wyatt Seis, Keith
(Karey) Gawrych, Adrienne (Justin) Seipel, and Erik Bush as well as
great-grandchildren Jayme and Taylor Gawrych, Andrew Follansbee, and
a great-grandson expected in November. Robert was born in Valgunde,
Latvia. In his youth, Robert trained in horticulture before World
War II. A Latvian patriot, Robert served with the 15th division of
Latvian Legionnaire and with the British army. He met the love of
