1st LD: Tractor driver shot dead in Jerusalem

JERUSALEM, July 22 (Xinhua) -- A tractor driver was shot dead in Jerusalem as the vehicle crashed into cars and wounded two people, local daily Ha'aretz reported Tuesday.

The incident happened in the early afternoon in downtown Jerusalem. Helicopters were seen hovering in the sky, and sirens heard across the central area.
