Waukesha -- Former Lisbon police sergeant Gaetano "Tom" Alioto is
seeking damages for lost wages and reputation in a lawsuit that
accuses the Town of Lisbon, an administrator and the former police
chief of harassing and defaming him and creating a hostile work
environment.
The lawsuit, filed in Waukesha County Circuit Court, names the
Town of Lisbon, former Police Chief Terry Martorano and Town
Administrator Jeffrey Musche as defendants.
Alioto contends that he faced discrimination and retaliation from
the former chief for being a whistleblower because he reported to
the Lisbon Town Board that Martorano was double-dipping by charging
Lisbon for time when he was actually working as a private ...
