Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has signed a new law that makes it
illegal to sell salvia divinorum, a plant used as a hallucinogen, to
minors.
The law, A.B. 259, makes it a misdemeanor to vend salvia to
anyone younger than 18.
Assemblyman Anthony Adams, R-Claremont, introduced the law
