COLUMBUS -- Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner wants voters in
counties that use electronic touch screen voting machines to have
the option of using paper ballots in November, just as they did in
the March primary.
In a directive to county boards of elections on Friday, July 25,
Brunner said all counties with touch screen machines should provide
backup paper ballots equal to 25 percent of the precinct turnout in
the 2004 ...
