Rachel Hohenwarter of New Providence has been chosen for a rare
honor by Pennsylvania State Police.
The 13-year-old, who's about to enter eighth grade at Lancaster's
Resurrection Catholic School, is one of 42 teens statewide chosen
for a special state police Commissioner's Honor Camp next week.
