Anna Nott, of Exeter, died instantly when the car she was travelling in smashed into a stationary maintenance lorry.

Police yesterday released a picture of Adam Cox, 23, who was driving the Volkswagen convertible, in which Anna was a passenger.

Mr Cox, of Exeter, died from his injuries on Saturday evening after being airlifted to Derriford Hospital, Plymouth.

Colleagues of Anna, 21, said how much she loved her job working with young children at the Puffins Childcare Centre, in Manston Terrace, St Leonard's.
