the interviewer call all the shots, think again. Job interview
success often means taking the initiative. We show you how.
You may think that job interviews are a situation in which you're
supposed to toe the line and answer what's asked of you. However,
that doesn't mean you should remain passive throughout the whole
process. Successful job interviews happen when candidates tell
recruiters about their competencies, even if they haven't been
