One woman killed in military operation in Pakistan's Swat
ISLAMABAD, Aug. 2 (Xinhua) -- One woman was killed and her two
children were injured in mortar shelling on Saturday when Pakistan
security forces is continuing military operation in northwestern
Pakistan's Swat valley against local Taliban.
A mortar shell hit a house in Matta area in Swat valley, injuring
a woman and two children, and the woman died after being shifted to
hospital, Dawn TV channel said.
About 103 people, including 58 militants and 12 security troops,
have been killed in the ongoing military operation in Swat valley of
North West Frontier Province ...
