HUNDREDS of tickets have already been sold for the Yorkshire
Post's Yorkshire Day Festival, a three-day celebration of White Rose
country which will take place at Harewood House in Leeds this
weekend.
The festival begins tomorrow on Yorkshire Day and will feature
the best Yorkshire has to offer in terms of food, drink and
entertainment.
The official opening takes place tomorrow from 11.15am onwards,
with a performance from buglers from the Rifles regiment and an
official welcome from Calendar television presenter Gaynor Barnes.
In the main arena, demonstrations will take place throughout the
weekend from acts as diverse as stunt cyclist Jez Avery, the Leeds
Rugby Foundation and the Beverley ...
