Ian Snell said he was "feeling all right" Monday, a day after his
lower back tightened up early in the game against the Chicago Cubs.
Snell is not expected to miss a start, but nothing is certain until
after he throws a bullpen session today.
* A lot has changed with the Pirates in the eight weeks since
they last played against Arizona. The active roster is missing nine
players who were around June 9, including Tom Gorzelanny, Bryan
Bullington, Franquelis Osoria, Adam LaRoche, Phil Dumatrait and
Jason Bay.
