Hull FC's Challenge Cup hopes have been dealt a major blow after
their injury nightmare struck again.
Hull lost influential scrum-half Adam Dykes just nine minutes
into yesterday's 30-24 defeat to Huddersfield at the KC Stadium.
The 31-year-old Australian limped off with a quad injury, which
has placed his participation in the cup final in jeopardy.
Dykes will undergo a scan later this week to discover the extent
of the injury, which seems certain to keep him out of Hull's trip to
Bradford this Sunday, but could well see him miss the game at
Wembley.
The prognosis is not yet known, but Hull coach Richard Agar has
admitted he is concerned about his scrum-half's fitness, while also
worried ...
