A Teacher performed a sex act on a teenage boy he had met on a
gay networking website, a court heard.
Russell Spink, who denies sexually touching the boy, was
described as a 'highly respected and dedicated teacher' when he
appeared before Chester Crown Court yesterday.
But prosecutors claim Spink, pictured, had given the 16-year-old
a pornographic DVD and later sexually assaulted him in May last
year.
David Potter, prosecuting, said: "He was a talented music teacher
as well as a guidance team leader for Year Nine at the school where
he taught.
"As well as supporting children's education as head of music he
had a pastoral role."
The court heard the boy had been browsing the internet for gay ...
