The founder of a Pittsburgh software company said Tuesday he may
have to file for bankruptcy after a California federal court ordered
his company to pay $18.2 million to Ticketmaster.
Ticketmaster sued RMG Technologies Inc. in California, claiming
the company sold software that allowed ticket brokers to buy concert
tickets through Ticketmaster faster than ordinary customers.
A New Jersey man withdrew a similar federal lawsuit in June that
