Hull: A father-of-four took a fatal dose of medication for
obsessive compulsive disorder.
Hull Coroner's Court heard Mark Taylor, 49, of St Nicholas Park,
Withernsea, had a long history of OCD, manic depression and phobias.
He had a particular fear of Sheffield, where he had been bullied as
a child.
Mr Taylor moved to Withernsea from Norwich in 2004, after
separating from his wife.
He had been on clomipramine, to treat depression and obsessive
behaviour, for almost 30 years.
About one month before his death, he told his family he was
getting chest pain.
He believed this was because he had hit his chest on a pole when
a bus had jolted earlier that week.
