Tropical storm "Fay" kills 50 in Haiti

HAVANA, Aug. 18 (Xinhua) -- Raging tropical storm Fay has brought floods to Haiti, killing at least 50 people in Haiti when the bus they were aboard was dragged by a river due to the strong rain the storm produced, authorities said on Monday.

According to information reaching here from Port au Prince, capital of Haiti on Monday, in the bus there were some 80 people, and among them there were many children.
