Article: Ex-WVU star helps Bats sweep Cats

Scott Seabol may live in Pittsburgh and work in Greensboro, but during baseball season Charleston is his home away from home.

Seabol, an ex-West Virginia University and current Greensboro Bat player, was "home" on Thursday as the Bats swept a doubleheader from the floundering Charleston Alley Cats 9-1 and 6-0 before 1,138 fans at Watt Powell Park.

"Playing here is just like being at home," said Seabol, who was 1- for-3 with a run scored in the first game. "It's just like Pittsburgh. The river, the barges and boats, all the mountains and the cool evenings remind me of Pittsburgh."
