He took on James Bond in the iconic Diamonds Are Forever but now
it appears a big screen villain has turned his attention to one of
the West's biggest employers.
The trials and tribulations of Bath-based insurance specialist
Helphire have been well-documented over the last year but matters
took a turn for worse for the company yesterday.
And now a hunt has been launched to find a disgruntled employee
who has sent a malicious e-mail to hundreds of people who do
business with Helphire using the identity of a Bond villain.
The highly damaging electronic missive was sent out by someone
posing as Peter Franks - a villainous diamond smuggler in the Sean
Connery classic Diamonds Are Forever.
