Article: Landlord charged with simple assault

The landlord who owns the Pitchfork Records building has been arrested for touching a parking enforcement official, the police said.

Evangelos Lillios, 71, of Centre Street in Concord, was charged with one count of simple assault.

According to Deputy Police Chief John Duval, a parking enforcement officer was checking meters in the area of Pleasant Street Extension on July 8 when she noticed Lillios park across two parking spaces, get out of his car and start walking away.
