The first performance of FabriKate was staged last night in Nelson.

The Playhouse Theatre is to be congratulated for taking on the challenge of presenting this play by fledgling Nelson playwright Julia Bagrie. It was the work of someone passionate about words and familiar with the bitchy world of fashion. It also had the pathos of daughter and mother relationships.
