LEWISTON - For area residents looking to complete a high school
diploma or earn prerequisites for college or nursing school,
Lewiston Adult Education will offer courses in reading, writing,
history, math and science this fall.
Classes to help improve reading and writing skills will include
"Critical Reading Strategies for College and Work," "Writing for
College or Work" and "Writing Workshop."
Math courses available for high school diploma credit and/or for
refreshing skills for college will include "Algebra I," "General
Math" and "Preparation for College Math."
Science courses, including "Biology" and "Chemistry," will be
