Israeli PM undertakes sixth interrogation
JERUSALEM, Aug. 22 (Xinhua) -- Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert
was grilled by anti-fraud investigators again on Friday, over recent
corruption allegations that might see him indicted.
During the questioning session, the sixth since the "money
envelopes" scandal went public in May, National Fraud Squad
detectives interrogated the embattled leader under caution for over
three hours in his official residence in Jerusalem.
The details of the discussion were not disclosed. Yet recent
sessions mainly focused on the latest two suspicions against the
prime minister, in which he was suspected of taking illicit money,
