Arthur 'Art' Warwick passed away in Post Falls, Idaho on August
16, 2008. Art was born to Marton and Mary Waarvik Weeks on June 11,
1915 in Fargo, North Dakota.
Art's parents were divorced when Art was 3 years old, he and his
two siblings were raised by their mother through trying times during
the Great Depression. While still a teenager Art enlisted in the
CCC's where he spent this time building parks in Arkansas. Art was
an accomplished boxer, fighting in the Golden Gloves three times. It
was at one of his boxing matches in New Rockford, North Dakota that
he met the love of his life, Edna Marie Wakeland. Art and Edna were
