The Magners League's head man doesn't believe the fresh Anglo- Welsh competition that is being planned will have an adverse impact on Celtic rugby.

The Welsh Rugby Union have confirmed that they are in talks with the Rugby Football Union to replace the EDF Energy Cup from the start of next term with a tournament that will feature the four regions, the 12 clubs from the Guinness Premiership and a quartet of clubs from National League One, English rugby's second tier.
