Younger LaRoche insists he's not pressing

MILWAUKEE -- Nearly a month after he was traded from the Los Angeles Dodgers to the Pirates, Andy LaRoche insisted he is no longer edgy about fitting in with his new team.

"Nah, that went away after (the Aug. 1-3 series in) Chicago," LaRoche said Sunday. "I've been feeling comfortable, feeling good ever since."

Yet, his big brother thinks differently.

"He's still getting settled," Adam LaRoche said. "I can see it. I remember how I felt when I first got here (in 2007). It's like, 'Do I really belong here?' Then one day, it just clicked. It'll happen for him, too."

In 17 games since the trade, Andy is batting .138 with two homers and five RBI.
