Play area coming to Centre at Glen Burnie
GLEN BURNIE - A new children's indoor soft-sculpted foam play
area is scheduled to open inside the Centre at Glen Burnie by Oct.
2, the developer of the shopping center said last week.
Playtime LLC will begin installing the play area outside Dick's
Sporting Goods on Sept. 22. The playground will feature an aquatic
theme with five sculpted foam items - a stone bridge, sea turtle,
fish, pelican and sand pile with shovel and bucket, retail property
developer Petrie Ross Ventures said in a news release.
The opening ceremony will be held at noon Oct. 2 and include
members of the Northern Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce.
