Dowding Homes Ltd is a small company and that is just the way the
owners like it.
Malcolm and Deanne Dowding say it is the only way they can be
completely involved in every aspect of the building process.
"As a small business, our clients have the advantage and security
of personal service," says Malcolm Dowding. "It allows us to have
full control of the build and oversee every detail and know exactly
what is happening on site."
Dowding says constant contact with clients is essential and he
understands the importance of being available to answer any
questions they might have about their new home. "They're investing a
lot of time and money in this house and it's up to us to deliver."
