New life is being breathed into businesses in an Exmouth street
courtesy of an initiative aimed at raising the area's profile.
The project, titled the Welcome to Exeter Road Trading
Experience, involves more than 70 outlets.
It was launched in May to attract more people to one of Exmouth's
most popular shopping areas.
Banners span the main Exeter Road into town and more than 20
others drape lamp-posts to publicise that the area has almost
everything to offer the shopping public.
The launch followed six months of behind-the- scenes work to give
the road its own shopping identity with help from Exmouth Town
Management.
