1 graham cracker crust (extra-slice size)

2 8-ounce packages Philadelphia cream cheese (can use 1 package for lighter version)

2 cups milk (can substitute 1 1/2 cups 1 percent milk)

1 3.4-ounce package Jell-O Lemon Instant Pudding

Lemon twist (for garnish)

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake crust for 5 minutes for easier slicing.
