CHEYENNE - You will have to forgive Justin Hastings.
For about this past month, he just can't stop smiling.
Winning the 200-meter butterfly, the 200-meter individual medlay,
and the 200 and 100 backstrokes at the Western Zone Swimming
Championships in early August in Gresham, Ore., will usually have
this kind of effect.
This ringing especially true for a cat who couldn't even win a
city meet when he was in junior high school.
Now, this senior at Cheyenne East is not only competing in a
regional tournament against the western region's best swimmers - ...
