'Your kindness helped us cope' ; The mother of Plymouth man Andrew Piper, who drowned accidentally in a Spanish swimming pool, has expressed her gratitude to all those people who have supported her.

The mother of Plymouth man Andrew Piper, who drowned accidentally
in a Spanish swimming pool, has expressed her gratitude to all
those people who have supported her.
Annie Wakeham said she had received countless cards and goodwill
messages following Andrew's funeral, held at St Andrew's Church.
Andrew's brother Jamie also said thank-you to all his friends,
who he said had supported his family tremendously over the past few
weeks.
"I just wanted to say a big thank-you to everyone who has sent a
card or message to me and my family", said Annie.
"It's obviously been a hard time but all the people who have
supported us through this time have helped ease the pain", she
added.
