Pittsburgh police tased and arrested a Hill District man this
morning after he crashed his sports utility vehicle into a police
cruiser, injuring an officer inside, police spokeswoman Diane
Richard said.
Raymond Walker, 28, was charged with fleeing and eluding,
aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
Officers responding to a hit-and-run call tried to stop Walker,
who was driving a Chrylser Pacifica, shortly after 9 a.m at Centre
Avenue and Craig Street in Oakland., but he sped away, Richard said
in a press release.
