Both food halls at the 2008 Frome Cheese Show will be filled
with tasty treats.
The Local Food Hall, which made its first appearance last year,
houses food producers who are based within 25 miles of the West
Woodlands showground. Trade stand secretary Rachel Francis said: "It
was a big hit last year so we doubled it in size this year."
There will be greater emphasis on food trade, with the overall
number of trade stands increased by 50 to 300. And, since last
year, the show's organiser, Frome and District Agricultural
Society, has been working hard to make the showground as all-
weather as possible.
