A Business with a major plant in Scunthorpe is involved in a
significant international acquisition.
Colepccl employs about 300 people on the Foxhills Industrial
Estate, where it carries out aerosol and liquid filling.
The overall ColepCCL business is a major European supplier of
aerosol-based products for the personal care, beauty, healthcare and
home care markets, as well as being a pan-European player in the can-
making industry.
It has already signed agreements which will lead to the
acquisition of Czewo Full Filling Service GmbH and completion is
expected by the end of September, following regulatory approvals.
