Mounts Bay face a severe test of character when they tackle
Redruth on Saturday in the first National League Cornish derby of
the season.
The Bay are determined to shrug off the disappointment of their
opening 14-7 defeat at Tynedale but will have their work cut out
against the cockahoop Reds, who looked mightily impressive in their
35-28 dismantling of Division Two promotion candidates Birmingham &
Solihull Bees.
It's a big challenge for the League newcomers, but veteran three-
quarter Andy Birkett believes the players will give a good account
of themselves.
