falling, the criminal justice system is much improved and more

published Chief Supt Hilditch's questions regarding crime.
What's the point in reporting minor crime? I have had cars over
the years vandalised with scratches, dents and even a broken beer
bottle smashed on my car.
In the latest, my car door was kicked in, I pushed the dent out
but you can still see it.
The police aren't interested. People will soon start to take the
law into their own hands - we are all getting sick of these thick
scumbags ...
