The Rock Bridge girls tennis team beat Jefferson City 6-3 yesterday.

Sarah Heeter and Alice Mends beat Eli Hubbs and Hannon Gilmore 6- 2, 7-5 at No. 1 doubles after Kelsey Kinderknecht and Lauren Chval won at No. 2 doubles and Abby Kayser and Alex Majors took No. 3 doubles.

Rock Bridge (5-5) secured the match when Kinderknecht, Heeter and Mends won their singles matches at Nos. 1, 2 and 3, respectively.

- Boonville 9, Carrollton 0: Amanda Adair, Emily Shipman, Nichole Twenter, Melissa Leathers, Katarina Twenter and Emily Voss won in singles and improved to 4-4 overall.

Prep softball

- Centralia 15, Mexico 0 (4 inn): Jordyn Tolliver tossed a no- hitter and had two hits to lead the Panthers ...
