Article: Much of I-85 now has 70 mph speed limit

DINWIDDIE -- Drivers on Interstate 85 this week needn't get their eyes examined. The Virginia Department of Transportation raised the speed limit to 70 mph south of the U.S. Route 460 interchange.

I-85 is generally straight through its course in Virginia and the speed limit is posted at 70 in much of North Carolina.
