NEW YORK, Sept. 18 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Carnegie
Council will send a delegation to Beijing from September 21-25, to
confer with prominent Chinese academics, policymakers, think tank
scholars, and businesspeople on issues of ethics and climate change.
"The overall goal of the trip is to create a global dialogue on
