As president and chief executive officer of a health and wellness
company headquartered in Charleston, beBetter Networks Inc.'s Ralph
Gaines walks the walk.
He's up every morning early to get in a workout routine. Some
days he rides a bike; other days he trains with weights.
At work, he and the beBetter team encourage others to make
healthy lifestyle decisions, too.
"It's very gratifying to make a real impact on people's lives,"
he said. "We are in the enterprise of doing good."
