BOSCOBEL, Wis. - A 32-year-old Boscobel man was being held
Tuesday in the Grant County Jail on a $500,000 bond after his arrest
on a charge of first-degree intentional homicide.
Douglas E. Stuckey had been in custody Monday after the death of
his live-in girlfriend, Donna R. Crogan, 46, of Boscobel. Stuckey
appeared in Grant County Circuit Court Tuesday afternoon for a bond
hearing.
"A lot of people are in shock probably," said Boscobel Police
Chief Gerald Staskal. "Something like this doesn't happen every day
in Boscobel."
According to the criminal complaint filed in court, police and
members of the Boscobel Rescue Squad were summoned late Sunday night
