The metalworking industry in the Midwest will have a new voice in
January. Michigan's Magellan Publishing will introduce Shop Talk
magazine, a monthly, editorial-based publication serving
manufacturing firms in a five-state area: Michigan, Ohio, Illinois,
Indiana and Wisconsin.
Magellan Publishing, headquartered in Novi, Mich., is a division
of Woodward Communications, which owns and operates a number of
newspapers in several states, including the Telegraph Herald, a
range of radio stations, commercial printing and material-handling
services, and a large information technology group.
The new publication is actually a revamped version of an existing
Shop Talk publication. In the past, Shop ...
