MORE than 350 competitors from 70 schools between Whangarei and
Dunedin are in Levin for the inaugural NZ secondary schools'
mountain
bike championships.
Myra Moller (Wellington Girls) starred in the cross country
section yesterday on a course which proved so tough many riders had
to push their bikes. Though still a junior Moller by-passed her age
group section and won the senior 16km race from Lorelle Burke
(Rotorua Girls), second, and Christina Sargent (Diocesan Girls)
filling third. It was a red letter day for siblings Duncan and
