New Zealand's Dairy Board yesterday took a bigger slice of the world's pizza cheese market.

The producer board announced a deal to supply about $40 million worth of mozzarella cheese to Pizza Hut, the world's biggest pizza chain. The contract, for one year, more than doubles the board's production for the chain.
